Tita's Pista is part of the growing "Food Cart" world in Portland, Oregon. It is located in the Historical Mississippi District in the South Lot of 4057 North Mississippi. Tita's is unlike any other cart around Portland in that it serves AUTHENTIC FILIPINO FOOD!!! I am working hard to fill the gap for Portland's small Filipino community and for those who have experienced the wonderful world of Filipino fare. I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate my roots and upbringing by sharing part of my culture with the community, but most of all, I couldn't think of a better way to thank my mama, Josefina, for the nourishment she has selflessly provided for my sister and I.
